December 2022 – After the CDPC meeting.  The team took a step back to look at the option of designing something larger similar to the Potawatomi pavilion.  Their structure was built in 2012 and exceeded $2M which included kitchen, bathrooms, electricity for campers and vendors.  Today’s price would be closer to $5M.
